City Arts: Year Long Training Programme for Young People
aged 12-16 in street arts and performance.
Participants will learn new skills, as well as meet new people, make new friends and have fun. Sessions will be once a week after school on Wednesdays.. The programme will be led by professional artists, including mask makers, costume designers, theatre design specialists and street performers.It will link in to the city’s major exciting festivals and events with "go-see” trips to other festivals. It is open to Aspley, Leen Valley & Bilborough young people aged between 12 and 16. This is a rolling programme and new members are currently being accepted.
